How to stop purging !!!!?

i dont know what i am anymore.. :/ i have been diagnosed as anorexic.. but my treatment doesnt start until tomorrow. i was diagnosed about 2 months back. then i was clearly anorexic, but not i seem to binge and purge about 2-3 times a day! its not a massive binge.. usually about 200-300 calories but i still do it again and again even though i always say 'this is the last time ill do this!' how can i break the cycle!? i have already taken ALL food out of my bedroom, but i seem to do it automatically when my parents both go out. i cant tell them i do it - it would killll them. but i will tell my therapist tomorrow if i build up the courage. i have such shame of it cause i think of all the starving kids in africa and here i am being so selfish :( this needs to stop. NOW. but how?!

yes..... as a guy iam telling you, he still likes her, but he is trying to prove it in a wrong way, if i like a girl and i cant get her, since u said camilia doesnt like him back, then the only thing he could do is make her jealous, so he got another girl !!! but obviously it didnt work out, anyway iam telling all they "i've changed" **** that hi is saying, that is b.s !!! but whats not a b.s is that he likes her, he really does, he just doesnt know how to show it !!!
