Bruised esophagus): someone please help?

A couple days an antibiotic was lodged in my throat. Ever since then it gets harder each day to eat and swallow anything. I came to the conclusion that I bruised my esophagus. How can I make the pain go away? I'm starving, what can I eat? Someone please give me some tips.
