If I am a single soldier with no dependents and buy a house, will BAH automatically kick in without my CoC?

I'm looking into buying a house as an E-4. Apparently its easier to go about doing such with a spouse but I'm feeling a little frisky. Plus my fiance is moving here so i REALLY need out the barracks life. I could afford to go about it out of pocket but if there is way to get BAH without having to marry right away, I need to know. I am aware of certain red tape but need the true info. I have a barracks room but there is no shortage for male soldier rooms. And I have no dependents so really its me trying to get a better standard of living without having to marry right away. Please help me with an answer on how to go about this.
