Is my man Barrack deserving of another Nobel Prize for saving America?

No, because he never saved America. He only made America worse for tripling the deficient, making America look terrible, increasing taxes, less jobs, and diminishing our allies. He is definitly one of the worst presdients we've ever had (besides FDR).
